heh heh! So now im going to stick to a regime.
1. 2 mins and more PLANK every night (for the tummy)
2. Tippy toes for 5 mins (for the legs)
3. Lunge AMAP(as many as possible) (for thighs)
4. Book bend! (for butt)
hahahha! i can't remember the rest! erm, erm... SLEEP!(for the eyes) and... facial!
